Ian Flanagan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation. He has assisted clients throughout all phases of litigation in a wide variety of matters.
While in law school, Ian was a summer associate at a large international law firm located in Washington, D.C. where he conducted research for briefs and dispositive motions, merger review, and internal investigations. After completing law school he served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Albert Diaz, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, where he drafted memoranda and opinions in argued cases and advised on proposed opinions in non-argued cases. Ian further honed his skills by serving for the Honorable Andrea R. Wood, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he drafted and edited numerous orders and opinions on both dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
