Hannah concentrates her practice in commercial litigation. She has assisted clients throughout all phases of litigation in matters involving contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, and products liability.
Hannah is a member of Novack and Macey's Manufacturing Industry Disputes and Real Estate Litigation practice groups. In addition, Hannah co-chairs the firm’s Women’s Initiative, a group dedicated to the professional development and advancement of the firm’s female attorneys.
Prior to joining Novack and Macey LLP, Hannah practiced for three years at Foley & Lardner LLP where she represented Fortune 500 and other corporate clients in complex business disputes, with particular experience litigating supply chain disputes in the automotive industry.
Hannah graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame Law School where she was a member of the Dean’s List and received the Dean’s Award in Federal Indian Law. During law school, Hannah served as the Executive Articles Editor of Notre Dame’s Journal of Legislation. She also represented indigent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Indiana State Court as part of a student externship.
Hannah received her undergraduate degree with honors from Illinois Wesleyan University in Political Science. While working on her undergrad, Hannah was a media relations intern for Country Financial Insurance Company, a staff writer for Illinois Wesleyan University’s Communication Office, and the News Editor of The Argus student newspaper.
