Novack and Macey attorney Shelby L. Drury will co-present at the Practising Law Institute's CLE program, "Pocket MBA 2017: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals," on November 2, 2017. Shelby and her co-presenter, James J. Grogan, will discuss various ethical considerations for counsel.

Shelby L. Drury is of counsel at Novack and Macey. She has almost 20 years of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination, consumer and common law fraud, breach of contract and tort claims. Shelby is a member of the firm's Legal Malpractice Defense practice group where she helps her clients resolve their legal malpractice disputes and provides guidance on the ethical rules of conduct attorneys must follow.
