Novack and Macey LLP is pleased to announce Alexander L. Berg and Andrew P. Shelby have been promoted to the position of Partner, effective January 1, 2018.

Alex represents clients in a wide array of matters, including professional negligence, breach of contract, fraud suits, employment disputes, breach of fiduciary and partnership disputes. He represents individuals and businesses of all sizes in complex civil cases in federal and state courts and before arbitrators throughout the country. Alex graduated from Tufts University and received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.   

Andrew represents a wide range of clients in complex disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, corporate law, securities law and class action claims. As pro bono projects, Andrew has represented victims of domestic violence and indigent asylum seekers. Andrew graduated from Kenyon College and received his JD from the Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington.

Both attorneys have been repeatedly ranked as “Rising Stars” by Illinois Super Lawyers.
