Novack and Macey LLP partner Richard L. Miller II has been named one of the “40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 To Watch” by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, publishers of Chicago Lawyer magazine and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.  In this prestigious annual publication, the Law Bulletin describes Miller as “that rare commercial litigator who is a master of advocating for his clients both in the courtroom and in writing.”

Each year a Law Bulletin committee reads through hundreds of nominations to identify those attorneys who are passionate about their work, their clients, and their community.  It seeks individuals who are unique, both in terms of their character and the results they obtain.  The Law Bulletin’s article on Miller discusses his having tried 50 cases as a prosecutor, his many victories as a commercial litigator, and his role as an Adjunct Professor for Northwestern University School of Law.
